The Archive: Where It All Began
Right, I've just added a new section to the community—"The Archive." You can find it in the classroom. Think of it as the digital equivalent of your nan's loft. Dusty, slightly embarrassing, but full of character. These are the videos from before I strategically dyed bits of my hair grey to look distinguished, and long before I could afford a camera that didn't make me look like I was being filmed through a buttered window. The production quality is... let's call it "vintage." The lighting is what I'd generously describe as "atmospheric." But here's the thing—the information is still solid. The physiology hasn't changed. The joined-up thinking was there from day one. If you can look past the fact that I clearly had no idea what white balance was, there's actually some decent content buried in there. Consider it proof that I've been banging on about metabolic health, blood testing, and common sense for years—I just looked considerably less polished whilst doing it. It's rough around the edges, but so was I. Worth a look if you're curious about the early days or want a laugh at my expense. Stephen
