What’s the spread? How much can I make? Those questions matter. But the bigger question is: “What system am I building that allows me to create this result repeatedly?” Because if I have to personally find every lead, analyze every property, negotiate every deal, solve every problem, and oversee every exit… I don’t own a business. I own a job with better upside. I’m not just trying to flip houses. I’m trying to build the machine that can consistently create value, deploy capital, execute, and repeat. The property is the vehicle. The system is the business.

They tell themselves, “I’ve got plenty of time.” Then suddenly it’s the 20th, the numbers aren’t where they need to be, and now they’re trying to create 30 days of results in 10 days. Don’t build your business like that. START FAST. Momentum compounds just like habits do. A productive Day 1 makes Day 2 easier. A strong first week gives you confidence. Early activity creates opportunities that can pay you later in the month. You don’t need everything figured out. You need to MOVE. 🔥 10 SIMPLE WAYS TO START THE MONTH STRONG 1. Write down your #1 goal for the month. Know exactly what winning looks like. 2. Break your monthly goal into weekly numbers. Big goals become easier when you shrink the scoreboard. 3. Make a prospecting list. Write down the people or businesses you need to contact. 4. Follow up with old leads. There could already be money sitting in your phone. 5. Make an offer. Don’t spend the entire month “building.” Ask somebody to buy. 6. Post your content. Let people know what you do, who you help, and how you can help them. 7. Reach out to 5 new people. New conversations create new opportunities. 8. Reconnect with 5 existing relationships. Your network is an asset—use it. 9. Finish one thing you’ve been procrastinating on. Stop carrying unfinished business into another month. 10. Get around the right environment.
