Hey yall, im finally back in action after a short leave. Life got a bit hectic and I had to devote my attention to my pregnant wife for the last couple months until delivery. Complications made it hard but we made it through and I now have my perfect baby Jr me in training. That said, now im back in the saddle and need to push some deals through ASAP! Trying to learn and build a legacy for my boy. Is there anyone willing to help me out and jv with me while I learn the ropes? It would be a tremendous help!🙏🙏🙏

Vacant paradise
Soo ive found gorgeous vacant land for sale in my area. Vacation paradise sorta area... selling under 100k per acre. With developed comps between 450k to 1M+ Is this this sort of land i should be aiming for in land wholesaling?
