I'm thinking of switching niches because this one isn't really working and I don't think I'd be able to scale it. Been trying flooring for around 3 months, signed 4 clients on very small retainers and I've got one them lots of appointments but they didn't really convert so I'm not doing great at the service delivery either, even though I've followed everything people say works and read loads. Most people in the niche are small or just don't want to grow too so It's quite random when there is a company that needs the service. Should I switch? What might be some better options?
Hi. I've been cold calling for a while now in the flooring niche and almost all of the companies have a very busy period from October-December as people want to buy before Christmas. So literally everyone is saying they're already too busy and so aren't interested. I'm debating stopping cold calling until the new year when they might be more in need of new customers. Is this a good idea? I don't know what I'd do whilst waiting though. I've also almost called every company from my country, so if I keep calling I feel like I'm wasting leads that might be more interested to hear at another time.
@Abdur Rahim Scripts will be different for different niches and countries. Don't try and find the best one before doing it, just start calling and testing to see what works, and keep tweaking it and and you'll get better and better.
Hey everyone. I'm just finishing off creating my offer and everyone recommends me to use a performance model as it reduces the risk for the client. My question is how do I make sure that the Client is transparent when they do make a sale through me. Couldn't they just tell me all my booked appointments didn't buy and not pay me anything?
Just wrapped up a 2-hour cold calling marathon and guess what? Landed my very first appointment! πͺ But hold on, this isn't just any lead. This guy's been bombarded with calls, lured in with promises, and tangled in never-ending contracts that never deliver. He's tired of the small-fry offers. He's in the market for PREMIUM and PRE-QUALIFIED leads. π― So, here's the game plan: A tight 15-minute case study presentation over Google Meet in two days. π₯οΈβ¨ Now I need to just...create this presentation π Small customers? Nah, we've leveled up. #Roadto320k
