Customer type and business identity for Customer Profile and A2P brand registration for HeySegment
Which business identity when creating customer profile and brand when registering for A2P do you guys choose? Direct Customer/Brand or Independent Software Vendor (ISV) This in regards to setting up HeySegment.

@Sami Ullah sorry bit confused there, in regards to HeySegment and setting that up. If we go the ISV route then don't we need to A2P register each new client? Which would kind of defeat the purpose of Clay mentioning we reuse the same profile and brand campaign for each client to speed up launch

@Mouldi Nouri so if I go the ISV route, the HeySegment business model would still work? As in I'd be able to use the same number and email for all my clients?
Tiered pricing recommendations
hi everyone! Wondering what people typically charge for the google review automation system? I'm thinking of doing a flat fee then additional tiered pricing based off customer usage. For example: $250/month flat fee + - No additional charge if under 300 messages (email and text combined) per month - $50 additional charge if between 300-500 messages - $75 if between 500-1000 - $100 if between 1000-2000 - and so on How are you guys handling this and what's your pricing structures that's also fair to the customer?

@Mouldi Nouri makes sense! So what pricing do you run? Similar to what I shared?
Do you rebill sms/email costs to client?
hey everyone! Curious if you rebill texting/email charges to client or include it in monthly flat rate?

@Irfan Khan yup honestly plan on making it my go to offer moving forward as a lower entry for clients then upselling them a few months down the line for the website + SEO

Twilio account type creation
Just wanted to check but I assume we’re supposed to create our twilio account as a business account? Not sure if it matters but wanted to ask.

How can set up only take 5 min for client?
So how does this only take 5 min for the client to set up? Doesn't the reviews have to run based off some type of trigger (like an appointment ending, tagged contact, etc.)? Also so what if they have their own CRM, how would this be automated?

@Mouldi Nouri so what's the workflow as in how does HeySegment fit into GHL? Are all the automations for review management built into HeySegment now? Like we don't need GHL for workflows?
