I currently taking Vit C, Zinc, Magnesium, Fish Oil, B complex, Seamoss, Silymarin (liversupport), Glutathione, Whey Isolate and Creatine. Today is my RAD 140 10mg and it's my first day. Can i take it every other day since the half life of this is 48 or 72hrs, am i right?
