There are a lot of ways to improve your psychic development, but the one thing that is a non-negotiable is practice. Practicing with a group or someone else provides the feedback we need to confirm our symbols, evidence, boost our confidence and KNOW we are connected. I would encourage you to do a minimum of 1 practice this week. A few ways to accomplish this: - post in this group for a practice buddy for an exchange or you can just sit for someone else - find some psychic/mediumship development groups on facebook that post photos or items to read. This can be an endless supply of practice (Mediumship Development & Psychic Training Group - Pathway Of Light is good for this) - join our weekly practice circle at Embodied Intuitive Academy - join an online practice circle for beginners or whatever level you are currently at - do all of these!!! Just a few ideas...let's do it!

What is in the box? Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths. With each inhale, see the light in your heart center or solar plexus grow with intensity until it fills your body. With each exhale expand this energy out around you as far as you can imagine. Ask for information as to what is in the box. Notice what you see, feel, etc using all your senses.
