Hey Dennis glad to see you, I have been learning much to get this up and running. I have the first class done and hopfully get all up and working in the next few days. As in the great art I'm a life long learner and I will figure it out to add value to letting students be the Headstone Hero of their family's legacy

Kristina.....GREAT QUESTION .....When a family needs to lay a loved one to rest, they purchase a cemetery plot, which becomes their property within the cemetery. Typically, the cemetery is responsible for two things: keeping the grass mowed and green. However, maintenance like watering can cause damage, especially in areas like California where watering is frequent, or in places like Massachusetts where harsh winters can be destructive. The key is that the family owns the plot and has the authority to decide what can be done with it. The cemetery or historical society does not control this; the family does. To proceed, it’s best to check with the cemetery about their cleaning rules. I use an intake form for every client to gather information on location and obtain permission to inspect the site. I even used ChatGPT to help construct the intake form, which was quite straightforward. So when I go to a cemetery I have a folder I present to the office so I show my professionalism. The folder as my logo on it and all info with a letter of introduction, A copy of my liability insurance, A copy of my service bond insurance and the intake permission document that I have the client sign. If I have done a contract I include that also. I also add full color before and after of previous work. If no office I alway have this folder to present to anyone that may confront me.

Here to teach what I taught myself after finding my Grandparents Headstone Broken. I believe that I can help more by teaching the info than by doing.
