Why Great Coaches Are Moving Beyond Training & Nutrition | Future of Coaching
Morning Team Last week we released the latest episode with Jack Jaques. Jack is one of the leading coaches in the industry and has built his most successful business to date. Now leading a team of four coaches and supporting 350+ active clients, we sat down to discuss what has actually driven that growth behind the scenes. The answer might not be what most coaches expect... https://youtu.be/CvgaJootUc4?si=UeNV6_67p-XL9P3- This was a conversation around what coaching is really becoming. Training and nutrition still matter - but they’re no longer enough on their own. The best coaches have always known that the most life-changing transformations involve far more than sets, reps and meal plans. They involve identity level change. This episode explores why the Physique & Identity Coaching model is becoming the future of the industry. We covered: • The future of the coaching industry • Why great coaching goes far beyond training & nutrition • Human connection, communication and accountability • The role of AI, GLP-1s and peptides in modern coaching • What separates coaches who will thrive over the next 5 years from those who won’t If you’re serious about creating deeper transformations and future-proofing your coaching career, this is truly one worth listening to. Diet Break
When implementing a diet break, you return to maintenance Calories. What do you do with the cardio? Let’s say you are on 45 minutes 7 days a week. Do we drop this to 20 minutes 3 times a week? Would love to hear a response to this Thanks again

I would personally still keep the cardio at a daily baseline purely from a routine stance - but the key is to reduce the intensity and the duration. Id look to do a 50% reduction - so say 7 sessions x20-25 minutes Reducing heart rate from a 140-150bpm average -> 120-130bpm average
Check in
Love the different approach between physque and identity check ins. Never seen anyone alternate them bi weekly.

The benefit it offers clients is immense but also makes check ins less repetitive for the coach too - it's definitely a win win situation
Content Library
How do I get my hands on your content Library again Joe. Thanks

For the coach creator 1.0 - head into the course, then it’s the first lesson of the course labelled ‘student resources’ - this will take you straight to the google drive folder 🤝
Level 3 completion
Loved level 3, really shows values on testimonials and social proof! the questions on onboarding makes it simpler to follow and get direction answers to turn into actions. Excited for level 4

I think having the ability to layer in more than just the physique transformation - whilst telling a story behind the result itself is the key. People rarely buy into a result now since transformations are everywhere on socials What people truly buy into, is the story behind the result And when you can tell that story to prove you solve your ICA's biggest challenges and pain points, its a whole different level of credibility Make sure we collect Zoom / Google meet feedback - it's the best performing social proof before when it's natural and doesn't look staged
