Level 3 completion
Loved level 3, really shows values on testimonials and social proof! the questions on onboarding makes it simpler to follow and get direction answers to turn into actions. Excited for level 4

I think having the ability to layer in more than just the physique transformation - whilst telling a story behind the result itself is the key. People rarely buy into a result now since transformations are everywhere on socials What people truly buy into, is the story behind the result And when you can tell that story to prove you solve your ICA's biggest challenges and pain points, its a whole different level of credibility Make sure we collect Zoom / Google meet feedback - it's the best performing social proof before when it's natural and doesn't look staged
Apps
Hi Joe after watching systemised automated video is it best to have zapper where all the apps are or have them separate which is more cost effective?

Hey mate, so Zapier is system which links apps together for automation - there is no need for that in the stage you are at right now until you were wanting to automate workflows. With Zapier you would still need the individual apps, Zapier is just the system which links those apps together
Kahunas
I use Kahunas as my app of choice just wondering if anyone. Knows how to make meal templates can’t seem to find it

What I have always done, is create a meal plan (from scratch) and create a few different templates based on different calorie set points. Save these labelled as 'template' for future client set ups - then simply duplicate and amend as necessary

How to Structure a Rest Day
Hi everyone, I’m an aspiring Coach that is willing to learn. I’ve got a quick question maybe I missed it in the nutrition module but for a rest day I understand that carbs come down and fats go up but by how much? As well how many calories should be dropped from your rest day compared to the training day diet?

Its tough to give specifics in terms of exact quantities, as the die of the calorie drop will be different from person to person especially with variances of NEAT output (someone who is very active day to day id keep rest day food a touch higher for example) But in general 300-500 calories is a good drop Typically reducing the carbs in: - pre and post workout meals - Final evening meal Depending where that they leaves the total calories across the day, a small increase of fats is added This is where I’d typically use steak / salmon and any higher fat meat sources too Hope this helps mate!
