I recently disbanded my team to focus on working my own business rather than being the rainmaker. I am married and have 2 sons, Bobby (10) and Will (8). Bobby is already showing interest in real estate, either building, investing or selling. Will wants to be a vegetarian/chef… hopefully not a chef cooking the animals he couldn’t save.

I hate starting a conversation with home many years I've been in the business, but I think it's important for you to know that I've seen great markets as well as crappy one. After being in business for 6 years making a 6 figure income, I made $2,200.... I had to reboot my business then and 2025 is going to be another reboot year. You see, whenever you have a business you need to keep inovating or it will grow stagnant. Too many Realtors keep plugging away at what made them sucessful until something changes and it effects their bottom line. The reason I am starting the Real Estate Reboot community is to help those agents who need a reboot but don't know where to look or start. I have nothing to sell you, so this isn't going to be a pitch for a coaching program.
