Where you’re at in your leadership journey... somewhere between quiet leader living in the comfort zone with imposter syndrome and stepping out of my comfort zone being more assertive and not getting run over by strong personality Type A leaders operating in tunnel vision on the way to accomplishing their mission. If I could only turn back time. What brought me here is the opportunity to learn from others who have been strong leaders before me, being pushed to more of my potential and accountability to others in the group. One challenge or question you’re holding is how to push myself a little more towards the type A personality traits without losing who I am. Something most people don’t know about you (optional but fun) - I will try things just to see if I can do them... refinishing furniture, growing a garden, etc. I like to create food art. I have done fruit cascades, cookie bouquets, extravagant birthday cakes for kids and even silly cakes just for the fun of it.
