1 contribution to Rise. Reach. Results! Roadmap
Welcome!
Thanks for being here. Please introduce yourself and connect with others here in the community area. Click on the Classroom tab to access all the tools, templates & trainings for elevating your life and boosting your business! Rest assured, we're just getting started and more tools & templates will be added continually to this collection of curated content to help you increase your impact and visibility. WHY AM I CREATING FOR SUCH A LOW COST? 12 years ago, I was finally able to turn my part-time side gig into my full-time income and I haven't worked for anyone since. Now, I've created a framework to help others breakthrough for more flow, focus & freedom. I call it my: RISE. REACH. RESULTS! ROADMAP The tools, templates and trainings in this community are in 3 different categories: ✨RISE: Master Your Mindset - Self-development resources. ✨REACH: Magnetize Your Message - Telling your story in words and images. ✨RESULTS: Monetize Your Message - Learn about multiple streams of income. ENGAGEMENT: The more you engage with others in this community, the more resources that will be unlocked for you. Please read the other getting started sections and have fun diving in! Being an entrepreneur can be isolating, so let's connect, collaborate and celebrate together! 🎉 Enjoy, Jen✨

@Cairelle Perilloux So anyone listening to commercials in your area that are trying to reach the locals? You NEED a local voice for that. Nothing to say that you can't learn how to remove the accent too - but people want their ads to be as authentic as possible. :) And yeah - I can see how it would be really tough to get the accent right if you weren't directly from the area! There are so MANY brands of "southern", aren't there? (I don't even try. lol)

@Cairelle Perilloux I totally understand, Cairelle. I still say "um" and "you know" a lot myself. It's HARD to get a handle on! Look up a fellow named Sean Savage, if you're able. He talks about how to be more conscious about filler words ... Though most of the time, he talks about it in Clubhouse (not sure if you're familiar with that app. I have a House there called The Power of Sound and have chats there every other Wednesday at noon Eastern). While too many filler words CAN be distracting, I think if you're a good storyteller - and a curious person who asks good questions as an interviewer, you can do really well with a podcast. The more you hear your own voice recorded, the easier it'll be to listen. :) What are you planning on making your new podcast about?
