Hey beautiful people! Today was rough on the phones and on my mental! Idk if my list is just trash or my skip tracing is bad 😩 sooooooo many bad numbers, no answers and just flat out NOs! Feeling a little discouraged after that but im wondering how you guys work through this? Do you think the list is just bad or is it normal to have that many bad numbers or no answers? Also, im following Tadi’s advice on 50-100 calls + 2 hours a day, are we counting the no answers as calls? Lastly nobody leaves their names on voicemails anymore so should i still be leaving voicemails if i dont even know if its the person im looking for 😩 #Prayforme

Try not to get discouraged. I haven’t started cold calling yet but I constantly hear how much of a struggle it can be. They say it’s a numbers game and that every “no” just gets you closer to a “yes.” Keep going we’re rooting for you!!
How do I increase my Level?
I'm getting this question a lot so I wanted to clarify. If you click "leaderboards" you'll see the levels and how to increase to the next level. I Tested Propwire VS Deal Machine Data You Won’t Believe This…
I tested out a list of 30k leads from Propwire and Deal machine- same filters. Both absentee vacant out of state (1 list) And listed over 90 days + expired listings Let me tell you… the lists were over 3 months outdated for both. There was properties on there that sold in March. If you guys don’t know the best place to get leads is directly from the county The issue is some counties have multiple steps to be able to get leads and you either have to copy paste or spend hours screenshotting and putting into chat gpt to get a list you can skiptrace Pulling leads daily on the other hand is a great strategy but if you start from today you may get 5-12 leads per day across all country sites. Good but will barely move the needle for months. So I’m coming up with a two prong way of attacking leads direct from the county both daily and going into the past and getting bulk data. Then all that’s left is organizing (AI) and skiptracing. I’m going to host a FREE class on this live in Skool. It’ll take me some time to put it together so Comment “IM IN” if you’re going to join so I can see if there’s enough people who actually want this.

Learning wholesaling vs implementing on calls !
Im seeing a huge difference in my current small group training, what I changed was instead of teaching and having people implement on their own time, I added everyone to MY CRM, im running ads and having them call my fresh leads from social media ads and cold call leads, and everyone is learning WHILE they dial & actually make seller convos. We have people in the group that have been stuck in analysis paralysis for 2 years who are finally making calls, and the crazy thing is everyone sounds SO good on the phones already. It's one thing to be nervous but when the lead and call system is handed to you on a silver platter and you just have to hit dial, and I'm there making sure you know how to comp, and what to say next.. i'm seeing it makes a world of a difference. For context, usually 3/10 people in a small group will jump on the phones the first month, everyone else takes time "researching", building websites, systems etc. This time, We already have 5 people talking to sellers on day 2! Huge difference, and I'm super excited to share the results in 5 weeks with everyone.
