Hey Evertyone just watched the live on IG with Mike chang, and had to get involved. I AM A Breathwork Trainer, and coach, so I AM used to breathholds and the magic they can bring. I AM excited to expand my knowledge and learn from Stig, different techniques and methods to enhance my practice for myself and my clients and students. The breath is the key to liberating humanity :)
