About 40% of our lifetime Is an accumulation of physical & psychological habits. Being conscious of the little things we do everyday and why we do them is essential to self improvement. Especially, because most of our habits are subconscious and really do dictate a substantial part of our lives. Luckily there are plenty of fantastic researchers and writers who provide us a blueprint through their efforts. Charles Duhigg's "Power of Habit" is one such resource. His book has been an incredible tool in my personal and professional life, so I highly recommend yall check it out. I have attached 2 PDFS from the power of habit as a starting point.
