Week resume
My Week: I did sport everyday (not today but tomorrow i am running 30km for marathon préparation) I didn't study english but maybe tomorrow Neither the podcast But I avanced in others things like organisation and had two deep call with Nicola that were very usefull Feeling in a good mood and stronguer to cope with the procastiation ! : ) Have a nice weekend :)

Week goals 26/2-03/01
Goal: If I completed these 1-3 tasks, I'd feel good about the week: - Make une page per day of my english grammar - do 1-2h sport everyday - Break in small tasks how i am going to learn the 3 softwares that I need to wook. Have a nice week :) In extra, do al the tasks for my sport evenement

[WIN] 8 hours of TBT. 😊🚀(1/6 days✅) - Back at UNI
My first day back at university in Switzerland after a 5.5-month internship in the US. I had a great Deep Work Call with Joao and got my main tasks done for today. I am excited to be back in the student environment.

Goal: If I completed these 1-3 tasks, I'd feel good about the week: - Do sport Everyday and try to chose the best hour in each day - Stard doing une page of english my grammar everyday. +2% - Listen a podcast everyday At the moment trying to do my week-type :)

My introduction: 🤣 What is a quirk or fun fact about you? Everytime i travel, when i get home, i leave the bag outisde de door. Then later, when i finaly decide to open the bag and organize it, I dont find the bag.. and then i open the door and it s outisde! well i live in 5 floor last floor, so nobody steal it (yet)! 🥴 Can you share an ADHD-related failure from your past? I think that its more related with personal relatitionsships and impulsivity... sometimes I make decisions that seems normal and logical to me, but for the other... they have no meaning ..and then problems ^^ I am trying to get better, "improve comunication bla bla bla"..but its so hard when our brain go 1000 miles/hour :D 🎯 Which 1-3 tasks, if completed, would make you feel good about your week? I did the 1 week with Nicola in december (i recomend it) , so for this week its only preparing next week, in order to: 1. doing a good week planner (sport, work, life, cinema, read, time to me etc) 2. Prepare my summer trip (only bookings and trains)
