A Personal Note
I know what it’s like to freeze. To feel powerless. To know what you should do but not be able to do it. For decades, I carried shame about my boundaries. I thought I was broken. But I wasn’t broken. My nervous system was just doing what it was trained to do. And it can learn something different. Just like yours can. That’s what The Boundary Guard is about. Not fixing you (you’re not broken). Not giving you more information (you probably know what you should do already). Teaching your BODY that defending your space is safe. Through practice. Through community. Through showing up, even when it’s uncomfortable. Let’s Begin You’re about to invest in yourself in a way most people never do. That matters. Your boundaries matter. Your space matters. You matter.
