Hi, I’m Jo. I am passionate about helping people heal, grow, and create positive change in their lives. Over the years, I have worked in health, wellbeing, nutrition, beauty, and holistic therapies, supporting people to improve their confidence, wellbeing, and overall quality of life. My passion for helping others comes from my own personal experiences. I have faced significant challenges, including chronic pain, fatigue, grief, loss, and periods where I felt stuck and overwhelmed. I have also witnessed first-hand the impact that addiction and mental health struggles can have on individuals and families. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of how emotional pain, limiting beliefs, trauma, and life challenges can affect every aspect of a person’s wellbeing. Through my own healing journey, I discovered the powerful impact that mindset work, personal development, and holistic approaches can have on emotional and physical wellbeing. I know what it feels like to struggle, but I also know what is possible when people are given the right tools, support, and guidance to move forward. These experiences have fuelled my desire to help others break free from the patterns, beliefs, and emotional blocks that may be holding them back. I am particularly passionate about supporting people who are facing challenges such as stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, trauma, addiction recovery, mental health struggles, and major life transitions. I am drawn to Belief Coding because it aligns perfectly with my mission to help people transform their lives from the inside out. My goal is to use these skills to empower individuals to heal at a deeper level, build resilience, and create lasting positive change in their lives. I believe that when people heal, they don’t just change their own lives—they positively impact their families, communities, and future generations. Becoming a Belief Coding Facilitator would enable me to reach and support many more people on their healing journey and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most.
