The Rising Lightleaders and I had a very productive almost 2 hours getting the energy of gratitude up and flowing in our lives. Here's the result of the ritual we did: A Gratitude Tree. I explained the modern Victorian origins of such a tree, as well as Celtic and Japanese counterparts. Each paper leaf has flow-infused, energetically active words of gratitude written on the back.
