Hello Everyone, I'm Jo Ann C. Reno, NV. My 3 obstacles with the first one being the biggest problem. 1. Refine our target, Probate, Tax Delinq, Death and etc with cross referencing. 2. Spending to much time researching. 3. Capital and JV Partners that know how to put these deals together once found.

@William Tingle Problem is I don't keep it simple, not sure which way to go at this time. Market always changes. All I know is I don't want to do fix and flips anymore with my hubby. Thats to hard on old peeps, LOL. Looking for a faster way as I need income sooner than later!
