Thought for the day
A thought can feel true simply because you’ve heard it for years. “I’m too much.” “My needs don’t matter.” “I always disappoint people.” Before you keep agreeing with that thought, consider whether it reflects who God says you are. What truth about your worth do you want to practice believing today? Share that with us if you feel safe doing so.

Tell Us Your Situation — We’ll Help You Identify The Pattern
You don’t need to diagnose them.Just describe what happens. Share: • What they do when upset • How they react to boundaries • What conversations feel like • How you feel after interactions Avoid labels — focus on patterns. I (and the community) will help you recognize the relational pattern so you can respond wisely instead of reacting emotionally. You can keep details general — no names needed. Note: The goal isn’t proving someone is a narcissist. The goal is understanding the dynamic you’re living in. Not sure which pattern fits? Start here and watch the short breakdowns: 👉 The 5 Types of Narcissism course is in the CLASSROOM tab. Watch whichever one feels closest, then come back and describe what you’re experiencing.

Let’s not live in an amusement park.
We can’t base our relationship with Jesus on how we feel. Emotions are like roller coasters, up and down. We have to base it on Faith. Faith that his word is true. Praying for you all today! Live in the freedom of His word even though you struggle to believe it. Romans 12:2
