Backside 720
Hey Jocke🤙. I want to land a backside 720 next season and i need help with perfecting it. I know i am doing many mistakes with my takeoff and where i am looking and such. That’s why im reaching out to you for help. Thanks beforehand G!👊 (there’s a video example of my sevens down below)

Hey Alve!! First off thats a great try and you will have this trick in no time!! It actually looked really good until you panicked and let go of the grab. You’ve gotta commit and look around for the landing. A lot of the time people use the same takeoff as a bs5 and end up corking too much. It usually helps to practice flat bs7s first before trying to dip it. It’s easy to cork at the wrong moment and end up landing on your ass. Comment the tricks you want help with and I’ll try to film some trick tips. It can be anything from tricks like ollies, 180s, 360s to butters and bigger tricks. I would love some rail trick requests too its so much fun. I´m heading to Hemavan Snowpark now and will film the coming days. Let me know what you want to learn 👇

@Jökull Kristjánsson the jumps in Hemavan have melted so much and are really small right now so trick tip videos for bigger tricks in jumps would not be worthy. Sorry about that So this week we can do rail tricks :)

Concussion!
Hey Jocke, love what you are doing trying to help people get better at snowboarding. I have a problem i would like some help with too. I got a concussion for about 2 and a half months ago and i have been trying to rest and i have but maybe not as much as i would have needed. I am still not fully cured from it to this day. I have symptomes like getting tired and getting headache when i think too hard and try to learn new stuff in school for an example. My head just feels wierd all the time and i would need some advice from you if you have any. Kind regards: Alve Lestander

@Alve Lestander Get well soon boss! I know it can be a struggle avoiding screens but you got this, its a good carrot to get back on the board and feel good in the head. Maybe pick up some good books :) ooh now I remember one more thing the specialist doctor said; if you get tired in the head listening to music, try using a speaker instead of headphones since its a bit less exhausting for the brain.

@Jökull Kristjánsson Yeah that might be the hardest challange, doing as little as possible to give the brain the space to heal. But so worth taking seriously to get back as soon as possible. Rather a couple of really boring weeks than 8 months of stuggle and scrolling. Good to hear you are back in business
