Wanting to get my first deal before the end of the year, I know sounds crazy. I just wanted to ask everyone what’s your best marketing strategy and what is everyone doing to keep yourself organized and on point?

When using the bot ok, I want to manually send the original first texts out so I can rotate templates to not get flagged. How do I make it respond to all of those and if interested put them into opportunities for me? It does it some times and on some of the messages but it misses about 4/10 and like today it’s responded to most but hasn’t scheduled any opportunities on the interested ones at all. It’s like it has a delay of hours even to start responding to any that are coming back. I only want to hear from someone who has done this with success and is actually closing deals consistently from this method. I welcome any advice or help!
