My biggest mistake in real estate was selling all my properties after my divorce to then take all that capital and pour it into coaching certifications / personal development instead of keeping some of it in rentals and buying again sooner… I’m grateful for what I learned through that season and I’m taking those lessons with me now. I’m back in the game and ready to apply what I know to the next deal we lock up in here ✊ 🏠
