Hi people! I'm Jimmy from Chesterfield in the UK 🇬🇧 I have a few health goals that I've not been pushing as well with as I would have liked! So that's why im here,looking for some accountability i guess 🤔 I said at the start of the year that I will run a 10k and as it is now I've not run 1!🙃..infact I've barely done any exercise in the last 2 months. I usually smash all the goals I set for myself but when it comes to my health im not sure why I dont follow through like I do elsewhere. Feel free to drop me a msg if anyone needs to be held accountable..or just needs a kick up the ass 😅 Looking forward to seeing what we can all get out of this group 💪

@Sonia Bancroft hi Sonia 👋..im not 100% on the why to be honest 🤔..im goal orientated so the mundane gym sessions just aren't cutting it...think im a secret dopamine junky 😅..I've thought of doing an ayahuasca session with a shaman,just to see if I have some sort of mental blockage or self sabotage thing going on....can't be that bad I have literally just finished a 3 mile walk to get the wheels in motion!...thaks for the reply Sonia and I hope you find what you are looking for in this group 💪

I head for the fridge and eat 2 eggs and a banana (when im not fasting)and fill a glass with water and add a little celtic sea salt and take my supplements,that's been my routine for about a year now
