Have been practicing TaiChi for years. My initial education being both live in studio as well as distance and video. The caliber of the education in Rooted Alchemy is beyond any formal education I have received and in many ways, good ways, I feel like I am starting over. The detail, history, and we'll rounded curriculums always make you feel like you are walking away with a fresh cool nugget of information you can add to your practice.
