Refinish Victrola
Purchased a Victrola , very early 1900’s. Its top is a bit wavy. Does anyone know a good book to tell me how to refinish the top and also to give the cabinet a deep gloss look so it all comes out like the 14th coat of hand rubbed lacquer on a finely finished Jaguar. It’s dark mahogany

Thank you. Some of the other sections are expensive. I bought an antique RCA Victor “Victrola”. It’s in a nice mahogany cabinet maybe 4.5’ tall and 2’ square, nicely shaped. I want to refinish it to a high glossy sheen. Right now the top is wrinkled like 100 year old skin. Know any good videos for basin mahogany refinishing??
