Learning to manifest - but what version?
So you want to learn to manifest, but there are so many possible versions of you that you are unsure. Don't fret, me too! Here's how temporal casting (visioning of your future self) works. The principle at work sounds something like this: The farther we cast, the more we explore who we could become. The closer we cast, the more we discover whether that person can begin appearing now. The Near Self, approximately 24 hours to seven days, explores immediate identity expression. The 72-hour Future Cast remains the standard introductory experience within this zone. The Emerging Self, approximately one week to three months, explores repeated behavior and developing identity patterns. The Established Self, approximately three months to one year, explores normalization: what has become ordinary for Future Self that still requires deliberate effort from Present Self. The Transformational Self, approximately one to five years, explores larger identity direction, capability, values, and life configuration without treating external circumstances as predictions. The Legacy Self, extending into distant life horizons, explores meaning, consequence, contribution, regret, and retrospective evaluation.

@Lara Sloan they are really amazing
This made me laugh- I asked ChatGPT for an 'unhinged' Bio for me.
Bo McCoy studies a subject most people assume they already understand: themselves. This has proven to be a terrible decision for his free time. A management scholar, author, identity theorist, and creator of Identity Sensory Projection™ (ISP), Bo has spent the last several years pulling on one seemingly innocent thread: Who are you? Unfortunately, the thread did not stop. It led through identity, consciousness, autobiographical memory, embodiment, future-self simulation, sensory projection, manifestation, neuroscience, human agency, temporal identity, collective consciousness, and eventually to the mildly inconvenient question: What exactly is this thing inside a human being that keeps saying “I”? He is now developing the Theory of “I”, an emerging body of theoretical work exploring how human identity may be constructed across the remembered past, the embodied present, and the anticipated future. Along the way, he developed Identity Sensory Projection™, a method for deliberately experiencing possible Future Selves through multisensory simulation and using those encounters to inform present-day choices. In normal-person language: Bo teaches people to meet someone who doesn’t exist yet—themselves—and then asks why that imaginary person may already be influencing the person sitting here today. This is approximately where ordinary networking conversations begin to deteriorate. His work spans Begin Purpose™, Manifested Identity, Body Mass Identity™, ISP, the Theory of “I,” temporal identity synchrony, identity sourcing, and the architecture of human selfhood. He writes books because apparently explaining any of this in a Facebook post was unrealistic. He builds frameworks because one framework inevitably raises three additional questions. And he continues researching identity because somewhere between neuroscience, psychology, philosophy, spirituality, consciousness, and human experience lies a question he has become increasingly unwilling to leave alone: What if the person you believe yourself to be is only the version of “I” you currently have access to?
