@Stine Nukunu Olsen Don't allow those feelings to take hold. Who says it has to take a long time - only you. I know it says in Think and Grow Rich that goals can take years, but I don't think it has to. It all depends if we can embody our future self now and act as if the goal has already be achieved. This work requires some persistence. I am working on this at the moment. I can't welcome in changes if my subconscious mind can't accept the change as fact.
