THE 'I AM ... CHALLENGE
Here’s a fun little Self-awareness exercise for you! 🙂 Use the headings below to make an I AM list. 👉 PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS 👉 LABELS 👉 QUALITIES 👉 STRENGTHS. 👉 BLESSINGS Each list starts with your name – e.g. I AM Eileen – and then you write I AM before each statement. For example, my PHYSICAL list would look like this. 🙂 I AM Eileen 🙂 I AM female 🙂 I AM blue-eyed Keep writing I AM until you run out of things to say and then move on to the next category. 💥 BONUS CHALLENGE! 💥 Write I AM ….. and I KNOW this is true because … for as many of the words on your list as you can manage. 🙂 So I AM Eileen and I KNOW this is true because it’s written on my passport. There’s a (free) more detailed version of this in the Classroom in the Sustain your EA Business community 🙂

My name is Jill. Am I Jill? Who is Jill? 😬😳🤷
My Inner C.O.W.
I am usually an even-tempered and calm person. One of my many mottos is ‘what you see is what you get’ and, after decades of practice, I’m good at taking people as they come, without preconceptions or judgement. At least, that’s the lovely version of me 🤣 Sometimes, people trigger my inner C.O.W. - cranky old woman ☹️ and she’s a mean B! It never happens when I’m with horses or other animals, or in nature. Busy places - especially indoor spaces - with too many people are the catalyst 😳 It doesn’t happen every time I visit a shopping mall because there’s usually a build up of C.O.W. containment beforehand. Thankfully, my inner C.O.W. is silent, but here’s an example of what she could be thinking: 🐮 you knew you were next in the queue, why are looking for your purse now! 🐮 did you not look in the mirror before you left home? 🐮 those leggings were not made for that arse! 🐮 move!!! 🐮 did you mean to turn your skin orange? 🐮 other nasty, judgmental comments the real me would never make! I’m really glad that my inner C.O.W. is not vocal and that she only makes rare appearances because I don’t like her very much 🙄 But, I can’t deny that she’s part of me. I wonder if having a ‘shadow side’ is uniquely human? What do you think?

When my husband was having chemo and staying away from people 🎉👏 we would have a 'car park coffee' in a local family supermarkets car park after sorting the ponies out!!! We chatted, rested, had special moments and people watched!!! 😱😳🤣 What was said in the car, stayed in the car!! 😂 My shadow side is way more shadowy than Den's!!! 🙈 🤗

Yes!! Fabulous!! I will sometimes commentate on what is happening between pony and learner to their therapist who accompanies the school children. She just grins from ear to ear! And the children smile 🙂❤️ And their therapist is brimming. She is a good woman ❤️🤗
WHERE’S THE WATER RANT ALERT!
We have had beautiful Spring weather in Ireland for the last few days. Everything is drying up after weeks and weeks of relentless rain 😊 Everyone - including our horses - is in better form. The evenings are brighter and Mother Nature is waking up 😊 It’s all very lovely. But here’s what’s bugging me …. That relentless rain is just gone. All those gallons of water that fell from the sky soaked into the land and made it waterlogged. Fields were too wet to use, and too wet to drive on, and the excess water became a threat to the environment in agricultural areas. On the other hand, we’re reading about a potential ‘water famine’ (which I think is just a new term for ‘drought’) because of the demands of the ever-increasing number of data centres needed to power AI. Like it or not, the AI genie is well and truly out of the bottle and is never going back. Just like air travel and family cars and all the other modern conveniences we’ve become accustomed to, it’s here to stay. We can’t undo AI - but we can be smart about how we manage it. If the volume of rain that fell in the first couple of months of 2026 had been collected, nobody would have to be worried about any kind of drought. As a species, we really to work smarter! QUESTION What’s annoying you right now?

@Eileen Bennett absolutely! Just think what power we would have if we saved all the water!!! 😂 I saw an ad for hay recently. The guy was asking for £10 per conventional bale. He said that he knew it was expensive, but hay is hard to find! Market forces or greed? An opportunity or selfishness?
GUILTY FOOD PLEASURE?
What’s your guilty pleasure when it comes to food? You know, that delicious thing with questionable nutritional value that you sometimes crave 😊 Mine is Jambons - an Irish delicacy. I’m not sure if they exist anywhere else??
