Reminder: get your steps today.
Not 10,000. Not a challenge. Just more than yesterday. Walking is the most underrated thing we can do for our bodies in this decade and it costs nothing. Go take the long way to get the mail. Does anyone have a step count?

I am in Vietnam and have been walking a lot the last 10 days finally after being stuck to Claude for the month prior. 9480 steps today!
The 3am club: roll call 🌙
Poll question: What time did YOU wake up last night for no reason? Vote, then tell us in the comments: what did your brain decide was URGENT at that hour? Mine once replayed a conversation from 2009... I wonder if Sarah is still mad at me... lol Sleep disruption is a huge indicator that hormones are off. Let's categorize this as research!

I don’t wake up at 3am but for the last 13 years that my son has been in school, I have had to wake up at 6:45am with an alarm becuase my body would not naturally wake up, and about 2 months before he graduated, it decided it now wants to naturally wake up at 6:45am every morning including weekends. And i have no kid to take to school anymore. And Im not well rested,, I could go to bed at 2am and still wake up at 6:45am super tired. Why did my body wait until I don’t need to wake up anymore to do this?? 🤦🏻‍♀️
