What’s up everyone! My name is Jialynn but you can call me Jay! I’m a 19 yr old photographer based out NJ and last year i decided to start my real estate journey! During my Journey my weaknesses has been stuttering on the phones when trying to pitch creative as well as letting people walk over my goals ! My strengths are being able to source out creative deals (i like low equity/foreclosures) and being able to hop on the phones even though my creative pitch may sound off. My end goal for the year is to OWN at LEAST 3 properties via creative finance. Let’s help each other! i’m always looking for ways to help others succeed ! A way i would like to be helped (but i think it would benefit others as well) is if we had a group call once or twice a week where we’d all make calls together or if it’s like a little virtual office space we can make where we just work together during calls!
