Hi - my member was having difficulty with initial step of creating his profile (he's 83 yrs old and isn't very tech oriented). I wanted to help him by signing him up myself, so I removed him from the group, but now that I'm trying to sign him up, the system is blocking me because the email already exists. I tried to re-activate his profile under 'Churned', but that doesn't appear to be an option. Any advice? Thanks in advance @Sid Sahasrabuddhe

@Laura Benson You can do it with the invitation link and in a brief meeting, you guide him so that he can log in again with his email

Unlocking only sections of modules by reaching a level

Is it possible to unlock only a section of a module when a member reaches a new level or it's only possible to unlock the whole course?

You can only do it by modules, so I would recommend dividing your course into modules and then, with automation or manually, you enable them

Calendar View

Hi everyone. The calendar starts with Monday instead of Sunday and it's throwing my memebrs off. Is there a way to edit/fix this view?

mmm, you could do it with events on Zoom or on Google Calendar, and invite them that way. It seems to me that this direct function is not yet available in Skool
