Quick check-in for everyone this week. We've noticed that a few of you have felt stuck on the question “Who do I serve?” and we want to take the pressure off that a bit. You don’t need the perfect answer right now. What you need is a working direction so you can keep building. Clarity often develops as you start creating, testing, and interacting with real people. So today’s question is simple: Who are you choosing to serve for now so you can keep moving forward? Just a starting point. For example: • Couples looking for meaningful ways to celebrate special moments • Small business owners who need help navigating technology • Women who want to feel more confident and less stressed about money • Entrepreneurs who want to start assisted living facilities • Founders who want to start nonprofits Drop two things below: 1️⃣ What you are building 2️⃣ The working group you are choosing to serve We can refine later. Right now, we just need direction so you can continue building.

A Pause to Catch Up, Then We Build ✨
Hey ladies 🩷✨ I hope you are staying warm. I wanted to take a moment to check in and share where we are in the journey. This was originally planned as Week 5, but with the delays from the storm and everything that came with it, we’re going to use this week as a catch up and integration week. That’s intentional, not a setback. If you’re a little behind, this is your window to: • Finish watching the lessons • Revisit the participant guides • Sit with what God has already been revealing • Begin taking small, practical steps forward Because next week, we shift gears. We’ll begin the hands on process of building what God has placed in your hands. From here on out, we’ll be moving with the intention of helping you have something tangible by the end of March, not just clarity, but action. I’ll also be going live this week to help you: • Talk through questions or hurdles • Process what you’re sensing God is leading you toward • Clarify next steps so you’re not stuck or overthinking More details on that coming soon. I want to say this clearly and lovingly: This season is not about consuming more information. It’s about responding to what you’ve already received. Watch the lessons. Do the reflections. Then take action, even if it feels small. And finally, pause and acknowledge this: You’ve shown up. You’ve pressed in. You’ve made it through the first five weeks of the year with intention. That matters more than you think. Keep going. 💪🏾

I think I stumped myself and stopped moving forward. I was having a hard time figuring out who I’m actually called to serve. If I’m being completely honest, my business can feel pretty self-serving because it’s events — and I naturally want to go where the money is. That tends to be loving men who want to do a grand gesture for their lady, and self-love girlies who enjoy living their best lives. I also played with the idea of serving minimalists who want a chill experience but still want to celebrate. The issue is, I don’t particularly feel called to any of those groups. Who I really feel called to is my employees. I deeply want to create a fun, lighthearted, healthy work culture and environment. I dream way more about my employees than I do about my clients. But that feels like an unacceptable answer to the question. Week 3 made more sense to me. The problem I’m solving is helping people who want to host an event by providing a reliable, thoughtful, and unique picnic experience where they don’t have to worry about anything — including the food. After getting stuck in Week 2, I ended up halting Weeks 4 and 5 as well.
75 Consistency Challenge Check-In 👀 (Day 34)
I need to be honest. I’ve restarted this challenge more times than I’d like to admit 🫣 Between unexpected school closures, travel, preparing to move in a month, creating curriculum for this community and working behind the scenes to start building my course… every few days I’ve had to start over. Consistency is something I crave. But lately? It hasn’t felt easy. Then I sensed a simple correction from the Holy Spirit: Stick to the schedule! Don’t let one task hijack the whole day. If something is taking too long, pause it and move on to what was assigned to that time block. Because what keeps derailing me isn’t lack of desire. It’s letting one thing consume space that belonged to something else. So I tried it. And guess what? I’ve been meaning to post this message since last week… and it finally got done.😆 Small obedience. Small structure. Small wins. If you’ve had to restart… you’re not alone. But maybe the lesson isn’t “try harder.” Maybe it’s “protect the structure.” Who else has been struggling with consistency lately? What’s been pulling you off track?

@Tiffany Hembry I have the opposite issue it’s the small things that’s been killing me. I’m personally a little obsessed with my business so I naturally work on that for at least 30 a day and I always spend some form of time with God. My issue is the three other things. I finished one book and then I missed one day and the idea of repeatedly starting over stressed me out so much I haven’t restarted.
Day 11 Check-In 🌨️
This was originally meant to be a Day 10 check-in, but the storm shifted priorities for many of us. Preparing, adjusting schedules, and staying safe understandably took center stage. Over the last few days, something may have become clear. Moments like this tend to reveal where our systems are strong and where they’re still forming. For some, the lack of clear schedules or rhythms made it easier to miss days in the challenge. For others, it surfaced the realization that you may have taken on more than your current capacity allows. The storm didn’t create that reality. It simply highlighted it. And that awareness is part of the work. This challenge isn’t about showing up perfectly for 75 days. It’s about noticing what needs to change so you can move toward the version of yourself you’re becoming. Sometimes progress looks like consistency. Other times, it looks like clarity. If the last few days knocked you off track, you didn’t fail. You learned something. And learning is part of building. Drop an emoji below that best fits where you are today: ✅ Still moving forward 🔄 Starting again ⏳ Haven’t fully started yet, but planning to Wherever you are, today still counts.

💪🏾 🚀 75-Day Consistency Challenge (Jan 15 - Mar 31)🚀💪🏾
Tomorrow, we’re entering a 75-day season focused on consistency, not intensity. This challenge is not about proving discipline or checking boxes. It is about training your focus, your faith, and your follow-through to trust steady obedience over short bursts of motivation. The goal is not productivity for productivity’s sake. The goal is to build the consistency required to steward what God has already entrusted to you and to move toward having something real built and ready to share or sell by March 31. This challenge supports the work we are doing inside the Built With Purpose™ framework. We are not rushing. We are building steadily, in order, and with intention. 👉🏾The Structure You will commit to at least 5 daily practices total: - 2 are mandatory - 3 are chosen by you This allows you to build discipline without ignoring your season or capacity. 👉🏾The 2 Daily Commitments (Required) Everyone commits to these two each day: - Time with God - Prayer, scripture, journaling, or stillness. Presence matters more than length. - 30 minutes working on your business - Focused work that moves something forward. Planning, organizing, building, recording, or refining all count. If you do these two things, you showed up. 👉🏾Choose 3 Additional Focus Areas Choose what fits your current capacity and season. You may add more only if it is realistic and sustainable. ✨Options include: - Read 10 pages of a physical book - Move your body for at least 15 minutes - Declutter or organize a physical or digital space for 15 minutes - Follow a nutrition focus that fits your health and season - Drink at least 3 glasses of water daily The goal is not to do everything. It is to do a few things consistently enough that they compound over time. 👉🏾 If You Miss a Day If you miss a day, you begin again from day one. Not as punishment. As practice. This challenge is not about perfection (Hence why we are starting on a Thursday and not a Sunday or Monday). It is about learning how to return without quitting.

Today I am starting over. I intentionally skipped Sunday because I don’t believe in working on Sundays and then I missed Monday due to a hyper focus on cleaning all day. Today I have spent my time with God, worked on my business drank 3 glasses of water decluttered for 15 minutes and now will read 10 pages of a book to get back on track.
