Help needed! Thanks in advance! I'm currently on a SaaS version of GHL from @Zach Pascoe I want to use pay per show for my clients and currently testing the workflow. However it doesn't work when I add myself as a test with the stripe one time charge, does anyone know how to fix this? I says: no such customer but as you can see below there is a customer ID. I've my stripe integrated in this account. Also tested this with a trigger with appointment confirmed but I got the same message. Anyone who knows how to fix this?🙏

@Zach Pascoe Did that and went to a live call with one of them. She said it's not possible but had the feeling she didn't understand my business case. However if I look at your video's it seems possible. Don't understand what's the error.

@Zach Pascoe yes! I've talked to the live chat and shared everything. A support ticket is made and it seems like a backend problem.

GHL Dashboard problem

@Thure Sander No did not use it yet, just wanted to test to understand everything. However it seems that if I make a funnel and it says: Showed - No show - Won - Lost If i drag someone from showed to won stage GHL counts it also in the no show as you had to pass that one to go to won
