Are you primarily working with recourse lenders or non-recourse lenders? Who’s been getting deals through the fastest and with the least friction? For our non-recourse parks, we’ve been using AutoMHatic and have liked the speed of decision-making. For parks we acquired with major infill needs, we’ve leaned more on recourse lenders. We’ve used 21st Mortgage — great response times, but the paperwork can definitely be a grind. We’ve also used Performance Equity Partners (PEP) because they can close incredibly fast (sometimes within a week) and don’t require a NADA evaluation on homes we’re backing ourselves.
