What a week! I've had the chance to spend some time in the office with our incredible Customer Success Team — and honestly, I’m blown away. These guys work so hard behind the scenes, tirelessly answering questions, solving problems, and making sure every single delegate gets the support they need to succeed. From onboarding calls to check-in calls and everything in between, they truly are the heartbeat of the AFL community ❤️ It’s easy to forget just how much goes on outside the event rooms and Zoom calls — but this week reminded me that success isn't just built on stage... it's built in the background too.
