🎥 New Here? Start With This Quick Platform Tour!
If you’ve joined the membership but haven’t had a chance to explore everything inside yet, this video is for you! I recorded a quick tour to show you around the platform, including where to find your courses, resources, community, and everything available to you as part of your membership. There’s a lot here to support you, and I don’t want you to miss something simply because you didn’t know where to find it. Take a few minutes to watch the tour, then go explore! And most importantly, open up one of your courses and get started. You don’t have to do everything at once. Just take the first step. If you have any questions as you’re navigating the platform, drop them in the community. I’m happy to help! Now press play and let me show you around. 👇

Study Space
Hello, everyone! I’m going through the class about creating a productive study environment, and it got me curious about what has helped you along the way. Do you have any favorite study playlists? A particular tool you use to organize your study space? Something that helps you stay engaged while studying? I almost always keep a fidget gadget with me when I’m reviewing theory.

My go tos for ambiance: - https://youtu.be/RG2IK8oRZNA?si=Gi9pbwG0-Y7dwla8 - Reruns of shows I’ve seen a million times Highly recommend playing with the sensory recommendations I have in the course to see what works best for you. The pomodoro method helps a ton which I dive into in multiple lessons focused on focus and chunking. Let us know what ends up working for you. Everyone is unique so experiment until what you find works best for you 💕

👋 Introduce Yourself
Your first community post can be simple. Tell us your name and where you are based along with: 🍷 What certification are you currently working toward? 🧠 What is your biggest study challenge right now? 🎯 What would make studying feel easier or more effective for you? Then take a minute to welcome someone else while you're there. You already have something in common: You're both trying to become better learners.

👋 Welcome to Study for Your Brain
If you're here, there's a good chance you've experienced one (or all) of these: 📚 Spending hours studying but feeling like nothing sticks. 📝 Making endless notes and flashcards without seeing results. 😓 Wondering if everyone else just studies better than you. I want you to know something: You're probably not the problem. For years, I believed success came from studying harder. Longer hours. More notes. More flashcards. More rereading. Over time, I realized the biggest breakthrough wasn't learning more information, it was learning how my brain learned best. That's why I created Study for Your Brain. This community isn't about giving you more information to memorize. It's about helping you build a study system that works for your brain so you can retain more, study with greater confidence, and perform at your best on exam day. Inside you'll find: - 🎥 Guided study videos - 📄 Downloadable resources - 🧠 Brain-friendly study strategies - 📚 The Study Vault (VIP) - 📝 The LEARN Framework (Premium) - 🍷 Support from someone who's been through the journey - I'm so glad you're here, and I can't wait to be part of your certification journey. Let's study smarter together. – Jessica
