Tues, Thurs, Sats - MOTS-C Mon, Weds, Friday - NAD, Glutathione *These all work synergistically on cellular repair & energy boosts! 💥 I’m in love with all three but if I was only allowed 1 ( in addition to a GLP) I would prob pick MOTS-C to start because of the energy boost and then I would do whatever I could to get on NAD for longevity benefits & Glutathione for the detoxification, skin, & energy boosting benefits too!
