Hello! I write my own curriculum for our vbs. This year we are focusing on the Armor of God. I’m stuck on music. I usually will find songs that I feel like fit our theme and make up dances to them. Anyone have some ideas for songs that fit the Armor of God or medieval theme?? Thank you!

Good Morning! What type of fundraising are you doing for your VBS budget? What has worked and what has flopped? We have done an Adopt a Hiker fundraiser where we ask the congregation to fund a child's VBS experience. In the last 2 years it has not done as well so I am looking to you to see what has worked well for you guys in the past.

Good Morning! I hope you all have a large cup of coffee and a healthy dose of the Holy Spirit today! Which VBS are you using this year? We will be using Group's Easy VBS Rainforest Falls! I love how user friendly it is and how it gives you everything you need to have a great event. When I moved to Florida 2.5 years ago, I had never used Group but I find it very easy for me to create a great week without too much stress. (Its stressful on its own without curriculum issues.) I have also used Cokesbury and been apart of Orange VBS. All have great qualities! I would love to hear what one you are doing and what excites you about it! Group's Rainforest Falls and I love it for the ease and fun atmosphere that it can create with our team and kids!

Happy Monday! I received my VBS can on Saturday and have been so excited! I have to remind myself that I have other events that need to be completed and looked after first but I was totally jamming to the music all day yesterday! What is your favorite part of getting your VBS materials? As I stated I love the music and looking through the fun stories we get to create for!

Good morning! In the classroom I have attached a sheet that i came across from Concordia Supply that details all of the different VBS themes for this coming year! Check it out! (Side note: I love Group but I also love all things Celtic and Irish! Answers in Genesis has me intrigued!)
