Oh man! how did you figure this out? I’ve been getting some weird emails from sharepoint and I’m not on it and β€œintegration” emails
The #1 Client Mistake That Eats Your Time and Profits
Most entrepreneurs don’t lose because of bad clients… They lose because of scope creep. And by the time they realize it - they’re already overworked, underpaid, and stuck. Here’s how it usually plays out: You close a client. Everyone’s excited. Week 1-2 β†’ you’re setting things up Week 3 β†’ client asks: β€œWhere are the ads?” β€œWhere are the leads?” β€œCan we also do LinkedIn?” And suddenly… You’re doing work you never agreed to. On timelines you never committed to. For outcomes you never promised. Now you look like the problem. The real issue? It’s not the client. It’s the lack of clarity. If you don’t define the work… The client will define it for you. Here’s how you fix it (properly) Before you sell anything: 1️⃣ Define EXACTLY what you do Be specific. No vague promises. 2️⃣ Define what you DON’T do This is where most people fail. β€œNo ads included.” β€œNo LinkedIn outreach.” β€œNo additional channels.” Say it clearly. 3️⃣ Set a strict timeline Week 1 β†’ Setup Week 2 β†’ Infrastructure Week 3 β†’ Testing Week 4 β†’ Launch No assumptions. No confusion. 4️⃣ Put everything in writing Contract. Agreement. Scope doc. Make it crystal clear. So when they say: β€œWhere are the TikTok ads?” You don’t argue. You just point to the agreement. And suddenly… You’re not defending yourself. They’re adjusting their expectations. This one shift alone will: β€’ save you hours of unnecessary work β€’ prevent awkward client conversations β€’ protect your margins β€’ and make you look 10x more professional If you want the exact contract template I use to eliminate scope creep completely… Comment β€œCreep” below. I’ll send it over πŸ‘‡

🚨Update for Premium Members - Download my Custom Software
What's up Premium AIA members. I promised you I was going to drop my custom software repos, and here they are. No one else is doing this, and this is exclusively for my premium members. Over the last three months, I have made a massive shift in my business. Before, I was paying thousands of dollars per month for a whole bunch of software that my team had to piece together. Now I'm building everything myself with Claude Code so that it fits exactly what my business needs. No more recurring monthly fees and having to pay extra to add new team members. Those days are done and I want to help you move into this new era. So I'm giving you my custom software repos. You can download them and customize them for your own business. You can even install them into other businesses and make a ton of money. I just ask that you don't share them. I hope this is helpful, and I will be adding a lot more as we continue to build. Your friend, Jay.

@Jay Feldman on email verifier tool I usually use MV and then because my clients have such a small TAM I use findymail on risky catch all's. Does this one have the same capabilities as findymail or is it really just a replacement for MV? Either way, it will save me money! πŸ™Œ

I have been going insanely hard building out this course to be the best AI automations course in the world. But I need your help. See, I get tunnel vision sometimes and only build the stuff I think people want instead of asking them. Here's what I need you to do... Tell me what specific skills you want to learn. What do you WISH you could automate? What do you want to learn to do with AI? Where are you stuck? Drop a comment below πŸ‘‡πŸ» If you AGREE with someones comment, UPVOTE IT ❀️

Here are some ideas I’ve had in my mind: Automatic sales proposal generator and emailed to the client from GHL β€” ideally drop in details from a form post sales call that generates the proposal copy and drops it into a Google doc template or panda doc possibly Automated Google Maps scraper that pulls the same data as like lead swift but then drops into a Google sheet built like clay but maybe hosted on n8n that normalizes data, dedupes, qualifies with perplexity, pulls in company details, generates an amazing one liner for cold email, verifies in MV then findymail for risky. And keeps leads organized in Google sheet with leads separated out by state. (Essentially replacing clay) N8N blog post to LinkedIn/ social content or newsletter content AI generated newsletters Scraping Google Maps for businesses with websites, but then ranking those websites (poor design, no CTA etc) and then use lovable or vibe coding to generate a sample website optimized with seo with their info in it and auto email it to them to sell it as a service
