Reader Swag
I'm offering a swag bag to readers and wanted to offer something more than books/stickers/bookmarks. Some of these will also make their way to a VIP bag for a book signing event. Labels - blank lip balm labels that work with my black &white printer. Design - Canva/help with chat gpt to turn my logo into a black and white design. I also threw easter eggs onto the book shelves for my readers. Lip balm - bulk apothecary.

@Tracy Krimmer I can't take credit for the inspiration. Nicole told me about bulkapothecary.com

Update after the event. This was my final swag bag for VIPs at the signing. Bookmarks, free ebook(newsletter signup), 3 stickers(my logo+website, plus 2 flower stickers), pen(it's a good one), and the chapstick. Cost of my swag was less than $5 a bag. I had people come to my table specifically because of the swag pack, there were compliments on the chapstick. No one mentioned the pen. My biggest sale of the day was someone that loved the swag bag and purchased 9 books from me.
📣 Anyone available for body doubling?
Yes, the executive dysfunction is taking all the fun out of functional. If there is anyone around who would like to body double with me...silent co-working to help me focus on getting my LONG list of tasks accomplished, I would love it. Currently 3:19pm Eastern, and I'll be working until roughly 6pm. Feel free to hop on Zoom to save me from myself. And my shiny object syndrome. https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81058395149

I can hop in later.
Today's Mindset Shift comes from Nicole Culver...
I'm linking the original Instagram reel and I'm going to share the copy. This isn't one with a 'comment for x' thing. This was just her sharing some value content related to mindset. I'm a huge believer in #4: Selling is serving. And I'm working hard on #5: Success isn't about working harder...it's about working on the right things. The hardest part for me is always showing up and sharing. Follow >> @NicoleCulver 7 Beliefs That Got Me to 7 Figures a Year…it took me awhile to get here….and now that it’s been over 2 years of $100k+ months…these are the beliefs I’ve realized shaped everything for me. The strategy and funnel are important AND so is your belief system. Here are 7 beliefs that changed everything for me. 1️⃣ People want to buy what I have. I don’t have to convince anyone. The right people are already looking for exactly what I offer. My only job is to show up and share it. 2️⃣ Business is just numbers…it has nothing to do with my worth as a human. Business WILL go up and down. It’s normal. It’s all data. And when you learn to read the numbers instead of making them personal, you win. 3️⃣ Money wants me more than I want it. I don’t have to chase money. I don’t have to ‘manifest harder.’ I just have to create the right conditions for money to flow. And it does. 4️⃣ Selling is serving. The moment I stopped making sales about me and started making it about them—their transformation, their next level—everything changed. The best thing I can do for my audience is invite them into the solution. 5️⃣ Success isn’t about working harder….it’s about working on the right things. I could work 60 hours a week doing the wrong things and stay stuck. Or I could work 25 hours a week on the right things and scale. I make the most with the least amount of time. 6️⃣ I trust my decisions. fully. I don’t second-guess every move. I decide quickly. I move. I course-correct if needed. But I trust that I know what I’m doing, and that energy shifts everything.

Oh I like number 6, I spend way too much time second guessing myself.
Signing Pre-orders
Does anyone use Beventi for event preorders? Or know where I can find tutorials? I'm looking to set up some exclusive items for an event in July, and I'm curious how others have used it.
Micro-tropes
Does anyone have a good resource for micro-tropes, please? Thanks!

I love these books: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CH9463R2?binding=paperback&ref=dbs_dp_rwt_sb_pc_tpbk Or even using chatgpt to break down the trope beats (it's not perfect, but sometimes it helps)
