1,556 Calories 107 Grams of Protein Working on trying to get my Apple Watch back in order so I can track my steps. I didn’t get any extra steps or a workout in today. Hoping for tomorrow morning!

Excited to be a part of this community! I have 3 main goals. 1. I really want to lose the baby weight from my last pregnancy (3 years ago 🥴). 2. I am interested in trying to maintain a diet with as few processed foods as possible to try to reduce fatigue and feel better in general. 3. I never seem to be able to prioritize consistent physical activity, and I'm hoping the accountability of this group will help with that as well.
