Leveling Up In This Group... With AI
Tony Robbins always says "Success Leave Clues" The Best way to level up in a skool community is to review the people who are on top of their game. I asked AI to help me identify.. Who are level 4 level 5 and level 6 and here is what I got. @Nancy Manet @Susie DuBuc @Angella Imoke @Andrew Batchelor @Amy Reed @Taresa O'Brien @Jessica Green @Doug AntiHype @Kevin Brake @Shawna Molloy @Kathy Barber @Frank Chang @Lucas Marcell @Trish Gower @James Killick @Spencer Wabel @John Steven @Andrew Jules @Martina Haas @Lauren Ewashko What these folks have in common is that they are active. Here is how to level up.. 1. Leave comments on posts that are helpful. 2. Post valuable information that people will want to like and comment on. 3. Be kind, positive and a giver and make sure you like everything you see. Thats it.. If you do that, you will get a higher level. Check my posts in this community and you will find a video that is helpful about how to navigate the community.

Battling Overwhelm?
How do you give yourself the mental space to absorb something new when your brain is screaming, “Ack! Too much new info!”? I find myself having to take deep breaths and relax into curiosity. What about you? What are your tips and strategies?

My strategy is to step away from whatever it is and do something else, usually physical - like gardening, taking a walk or tidying up.
Ai isn't about doing more...
AI isn’t about doing more — it’s about doing the right things better. But if your systems, tasks, or brain are cluttered, even the best AI tools can’t help you scale. Before you automate, eliminate. Before you delegate, simplify. The entrepreneurs winning with AI right now aren’t adding—they’re subtracting. They’ve decluttered their operations so AI can amplify what actually matters. So here’s your challenge:Pick one process that drains you and ask, “Does this still serve the business I’m building?” If not — it’s time to release it and make room for innovation.
What I've been up to this week!
Well this week I've been working on my automations. Have one more trouble shooting item to take care of. I know it's not strictly Ai though I do have it built in just a smidge! I've been linking social media to my MM Hub to deliver an email sequence for an upcoming masterclass. It's so much fun to build out the flows and then when everything is connected it's like magic! To give you an idea - someone comments a word on a post - they get a message and go through a sequence that registers them for the event without going off the platform. Then they get an email from my CRM as well as a zoom meeting registration so the event shows up in their calendar. Do you have something similar? If so what apps are you using?
When You Feel Overwhelmed
I met with a friend today and I was reminded me that growth rarely comes from adding more. Growth comes from clearing space for what actually matters. And I couldn’t help but notice… that’s exactly what AI invites us to do. AI isn’t just about speed, automation, or cool prompts. It's about liberation. It asks: What if you let go of the busywork? What if you released the constant “what ifs,” the 37 tabs open in your brain, and made room for real creativity, strategy, and intuition? When we stop clinging to outdated systems, fears, and over-complication —we create the white space for vision. And that’s where your best ideas (and aligned clients) finally land. So, maybe it's here to help us declutter so we can step away from what's draining our energy and focus on what we're here to build. What’s one “cluttered” thing in your business — a belief, a task, a process — that you would love Ai to help you release?

@Pauline Fletcher that’s really brilliant! I use mind maps too but I’ve been doing them with colored markers on paper. For physical things, if I feel overwhelmed I use the 15 minute strategy. Take one pile of stuff, one drawer or better yet one surface and declutter it for 15 minutes. If done everyday you’ll feel so much lighter at the end of the week
