Miller woods trail run

Spent the whole day outside: gardening/yard work, soccer game ☀️

Miller woods trail run; saw one trillium flower, 5 deer, and lots of flowers opening up along the trail

Quick Mt St Helens training at erratic rock with a weighted pack. T-shirt and shorts the whole time, was so gorgeous. Completed a few rounds so I could make it above 500ft elevation gain

Trail run at Miller woods, slipped once and got super muddy but it was so fun!
