🔄 Module 2.3 Policy Agents & Tables (Post Homework Here)
🔄 AI HR Dojo Recap – Oct 27, 2025 Today, you leveled up from building a simple chatbot to creating *enterprise-grade HR assistants* that are safe, compliant, and organized. What We Covered: 🧱 Two-Layer Safety System • Layer 1: Instructions (Soft Boundaries) – Teach your bot how to act, escalate, and respond. • Layer 2: Policy Agent (Hard Boundaries) – Prevent it from saying or revealing anything restricted. 🧩 Organized Knowledge with Tables • Structured your HR FAQs for 100% accuracy and consistency. • Created searchable tables that give clear, controlled answers before diving into policy docs. ⚙️ Testing & Improvement • Used Regenerate to fix incorrect responses instantly. • Learned how to test, refine, and make your chatbot smarter with every interaction. 💡 Key Takeaway: Your chatbot is now production-ready — safe, compliant, and capable of delivering HR support with confidence. 📝 Homework Assignment: 1️⃣ Add soft boundaries (Instructions) and hard boundaries (Policy Agent). 2️⃣ Create an FAQ Table with 5–10 HR questions (use the CSV provided). 3️⃣ Test your chatbot with 3 colleagues. 4️⃣ Try to trick your Policy Agent and confirm it blocks the response. 5️⃣ Take screenshots of your results! 📎 All resources (recording, slides, and transcript) are in the Classroom under *Module 2 – Making Your Chatbot Production-Ready:* ⏰ Office Hours: Friday at 12 PM ET — bring your questions or show off your bots! 🚀 Next Session: Thursday at 3 PM ET Keep refining, testing, and sharing your bots below 👇

Hi Everyone! I hope everyone had a great weekend. I just published my bot as well. A couple things I added: -A quick guidelines reference document for separations and final pay (my document that I just randomly put together) -Trusted website for final pay regulations -I gave the bot feedback and enabled my Policy Agent -I identified where in the logs the Policy Agent kicked in. I specifically told it to not discuss any severance amounts, final pay amounts, or number of weeks of severance. https://cdn.botpress.cloud/webchat/v3.3/shareable.html?configUrl=https://files.bpcontent.cloud/2025/10/23/19/20251023194006-ZDK17K0A.json A lot of times, during reorganizations, employees will have the same questions. Does unused sick time get paid out at separation? If I resign, when will I receive my final pay? How long do I have to sign a severance agreement? See you all in class soon! Best, Jess
