@Dawn Moser here’s my breakdown, others are more than welcome to chime in. It mainly tells your skin to produce more pigment, which can give you a tan with less sun. It also affects receptors in the brain that can increase libido and lower appetite a bit.(not much) certainly wouldn’t add it to a stack specifically for that SE. in short, It just helps your skin tan easier and can boost sex drive (a bit) I can get really scientific if you want but most folks aren’t interested in hearing all the technical stuff
