Hi all, It's great to be here. I'm quite new to GHL and this world but have 12yrs experience inside a SaaS startup with many roles there. I'm now a recovering employee moving into successful entrepreneurship. I'm great with tech stuff and sales would be the thing I need work in the most. I've started the SaaS accelerator course and one of the first things in there is to create a avatar for your ideal persona. Thing is what if you don't know who what you really want to target? There seems to be alot of options so I'm wondering what is the best way to get started and pick something? Does it really need to be specific? Any thoughts or suggestions from anyone here? Thanks
