Checklist before you generate anything with an AI avatar or digital clone: 1. Get written permission from whoever's face or voice you are cloning, and check the tool's terms for commercial use. 2. Record the source footage in even light, with a plain background and clean audio, because the clone copies every flaw. 3. Render a short test clip first and check lip sync and voice before you spend credits on a long one. 4. Turn on the AI disclosure label wherever the platform offers it.
