Song of the Day - Glory to God in the Highest
After one of the most powerful, life-changing experiences in my life, I came away from Sound of Revival 2026 in Atlanta with this song flooding my spirit. Psalm 100:4 tells us to "Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name." Against the rush and business of life, stand strong and still, resting in His presence. This is how we fight our battles, and this is how we win. Psalm 149:4-6 "For the Lord taketh pleasure in his people: he will beautify the meek with salvation. Let the saints be joyful in glory: let them sing aloud upon their beds. Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a twoedged sword in their hand."

🕊 9/12 Reflections (Supernatural Encounters)
My sister @Moiche Crawford and I watched a really cool video of a young man who used AI to create images of the Angels described in Ezekiel, Isaiah, Revelation etc. and it reminded me of a moment some years back when the Lord told me to buy bibles to give to this homeless camp that we'd found in Chicago. I'd come out of the bookstore, all zealous for the Lord, with my bag 🎒 of bibles headed to cross the street at the intersection. The sign changed to "walk" and as I began to step off the curb, my feet, felt like it got stuck in cement! For a few seconds I could not move as if "something" was supernaturally holding me in place...and suddenly a car going really fast, made a sharp turn, right in front of me against the red light! I felt this adrenaline hit my body in awe and realized that my life was spared by God and my angel. 🥰Do you have any experiences with the supernatural that you would be so kind to share?? Psalm 91:11–12: "For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone."

I was in the parked car across the street from the intersection watching this take place and saw the whole thing. It was a sunny afternoon, I was parked facing east and Shaamya was on the north side of the street about to cross heading south. She had the paper shopping bag with the Bibles in her arm, and was about to cross the street with the light. I saw the direction of the car, it was going to hit her. The car was approaching the intersection towards a red light, and it had turned red a few seconds before it arrived, so this wasn't a "let me turn right on yellow, or just as it turns red so I can beat the traffic coming from the left" - that is a commonplace scenario in Chicago that is normal, and Shaamya had actually left enough time for that to happen before stepping out into the street. This had a much more aggressive, deliberate feel to it, like when a car in a movie is driven by someone about to pull up and start shooting, it had an intention with it. The car was black with darkly tinted windows, I couldn't see who was inside of it. Shaamya describes it as having her feet stuck in concrete, but if her feet were suddenly stopped the rest of her body would have still moved forward because of her momentum and impacted the car, because it was that close. This was a spiritual assassination attempt! Shaamya's entire body froze - it was as if you had a good hold on the back of a baby's clothing, and you just stop them so they can't go further forward, but even then, their momentum brings them back towards you from pulling them. My point is, God overruled the laws of physics that day in Chicago, because Shaamya just froze, in motion, for about one and a half heartbeats, and the knowing or seeing that I had of her about to be struck by this speeding car was replaced by wonder as I saw her skip a few frames and stop just out of the path of where that speeding car went, and then was released and continued moving as if nothing had happened. Thank you God for saving my wife, I am so grateful for you mercy, your kindness, your protection, and your POWER! You hold the keys to death and hell, and no weapon formed against us shall prosper!! Glory to God!
Please pray
I took down my last post. I cannot express how much spiritual warfare is going on. I think I need to step away for a while so as not to be a burden here. I have some things that need rooted out. I am not usually this type of person who cries out for prayer. I’m usually stronger than this. God help me.

8/9 Reflections
The weight of the responsibility of the Call to Excellence was very much felt today. Whatever the Lord is calling you all towards, wear it with honor. This is the KING of Kings that we GET to serve, and He loves His beloved children. We are the apple of His eye. He died for me when I didn't deserve it🥺. He comforts me🥰. He feeds me 🥗. He healed me. He restored me. He covers me and protects me. On and on we could go. I used to think that when I missed the mark God was dissapointed but I was reminded, (as I was typing) that, to Him, a 1000 years is but a day. The many many many years that it took me to learn a lesson, hear Him clearly, or obey, to Him, it's only seconds.[if that]🥹 Plus we have been made righteous through Christ Jesus. "What is man that You are mindful of him, And the son of man that You visit[a] him? 5 For You have made him a little lower than [b]the angels, And You have crowned him with glory and honor. Psalm 8: 4 & 5. I pray blessings over you all! I love you with the love of Christ, Shaamya

@Stephanie Wiseley I have a note in my Bible at 1 Corinthians 13:4 that says "God agapes me'. So often I've read that passage to become those things but wasn't mindful that He is all of those things towards me as well. It is mind boggling to consider God's attributes, but such a beneficial practice!
Testimony
I was not approved for the business loan through my booking site, and I said, “That’s fine. God will make a way.” I served three clients this week and received two future bookings that generated deposits. I still had a credit card payment that needed to be made because I didn’t want the account to close. I paid that, bought a few groceries, and put gas in my car. But after all of that, I still didn’t have the $250 to pay my weekly salon suite rent. And all day I kept saying, “God will make a way. He already knows what I need before I ask.” Matthew 6:8 (KJV) says: “Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.” That Scripture stayed with me because I truly believed God already knew what I needed, even though I had no idea how He was going to provide it. I was tired. Tired of asking my brother for help. I started putting in job applications because I trust God, but I also know what James 2:17 (KJV) says: “Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.” So I kept doing my part while trusting God with what I could not control. Then the tears finally broke. I simply said, “God, I don’t know. I leave it in Your hands. You always make a way.” And I kept coming back to Proverbs 3:5–6 (KJV): “Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.” Back in December of last year, I had put myself on a list for Square business credit. I thought no more about it. Then tonight, around 7:45, I checked my business email and saw that I had already been preapproved for a Square Business American Express card. All I needed to do was complete my information. Praise God. That came through tonight, and I was able to pay my salon suite rent. What touched me most was that I had been saying all day, “He will make a way. He already knows what I need before I ask.” And He did. I didn’t know how the answer was going to come. I didn’t know where the provision was going to come from.
